Crock Pot Ribs
Ribs that are soft and flavorful that are cooked slowly in the crock pot until they're almost falling apart. Great for a quick and tasty meal!
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs baby back ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Spice up your food with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Add BBQ sauce and mix them all together
To make it easier to put the ribs in the slow cooker, cut them into smaller pieces
Cover the ribs with the sauce mix that you just made
Put the ribs in the crock pot
The meat should be soft enough to fall off the bone after 6-7 hours on low heat or 34 hours on high heat
Possible: Add the last step and broil for a few minutes to make the sauce caramelize
